These direct type linear servo valves are based on our existing direct type linear servo valve technology and deliver high flow with high accuracy and fast response. Featuring a double motor direct drive system that directly drives the spool using a compact control amplifier and pow
erful small linear motors (VCM) mounted on both sides of the spool, these valves provide feedback control with a driving force double that of conventional products (LSVG
series). The servo valves are superior in terms of both performance (high accuracy, fast response, and high flow) and field operability (contamination resistance and user friendliness).
By incorporating a sleeve, the valves ensure a correct overlap of 1% between the spool and the sleeve; thanks to the spool and its matching sleeve, the valves are suitable for systems requiring higher accuracy.
